Community Studio

Our Community Studio is available for hire to our community and the public for uses such as workshops, speeches, book launches, meetings etc. Please see below for floor plans and photos. Hire fees are dependent on the nature of the hire, the booking group ie charity, community, private and the intended audience.

Our gallery is available to hire as a project space on a periodic basis; availability commences in July this year for an 8 week period. Please see below more information about projects we can consider, floor plans and photos.

Proposals will be adjudicated and reviewed on a rolling basis and must meet the criteria of our mission statement and organisational aims.

Projects we can consider: Drawing Room’s exhibitions are programmed by the team working in collaboration with partners based locally and transnationally (see further detail below).  It is occasionally available to hire between exhibitions. We can consider proposals to use the gallery for projects such as:

  • Private, non-public facing projects, such as studio practice, filming, rehearsals (music & other performances), photography, fashion shoots, parties, etc.
  • Degree shows and other exhibitions arising from courses run by charities and educational institutions
